Refund policy

"Note on Series 001: Due to the limited nature of our drops (100 units per style), we operate on an exchange-only basis. If you need a different size, we will facilitate an exchange if stock is available. If the size is sold out, we will issue you BNOT Studio store credit. "Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.The 7-Day Window

"Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your artifact was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or credit."

2. Condition of Item

"To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original BNOT packaging with all 'D1' tags attached. "You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds and Credit

Defective Items.

"If your hoodie arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email studio@bnotclothing.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you immediately."

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you via email. You can choose between a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 7-10 business days) or BNOT Studio store credit for our next drop. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable."
